Dear Friends and Colleagues,

I hope this message finds you well. We are excited to invite you to participate in the IFHIMA AI Literacy Survey as part of our ongoing efforts to enhance AI education within the health information management community. This study aims to inform the International Federation of Health Information Management Associations (IFHIMA) and national health information bodies about AI education needs. For educators, it seeks to identify knowledge gaps and develop strategies to prepare students better.

As a health information professional and an IFHIMA member or a member of an IFHIMA member organization or an affiliate, your insights are invaluable to us. The survey will help us better understand the accuracy with which health information professionals and students assess their knowledge of AI and provide data for planning AI training.

The survey is estimated to take 10 minutes or less to complete. Your participation is entirely voluntary, and you can refuse to answer any questions or discontinue the study at any time without any consequences. All responses will be kept confidential to the extent of the law. Please complete the survey by Friday, February 28, 2025.
